Delayed multiple times. Boarding was ok but getting off the aircraft was a mess. So disorganized with staff trying to help the elderly but completely blocking path for anyone else to move. Bathroom was disgusting, probably caused by one of the customers but staff couldn't care less to help clean it. No one wanted to use it since the floor was completely soaked so everyone just lined up the other restroom while the staff just chit chat with each other while looking at us.

American cancelled our flight home. Zero option for hotel, alternative transportation and took 3 hours to find our bags so we could take a 3 hour UBER ride home on our dime. Never flying AA again.
No complaints. The flight was uneventful, which is a good thing.
Our flight was great we left Kona earlier and got into LAX almost an 1hour earlier as well. LAX AA is in repair so to get out and found our bus to get pick up was a bit confusing.
The flight attendants were excellent. They were Japanese obviously. They helped my wife navigate the controls for the seat. The lunch setup was wonderful. They were always walking up and down the aisles to be sure there were no problems.
Couldn’t use car seat due to lack of window seats available was disappointing
Great flight. Boarding was efficient and quick. On time departure and smooth flight. Flight arrived early at destination. Good experience.
The boarding experience was chaotic. I was group 2. Immediately after calling group 2 they immediately called groups 3 & 4. There was no benefit to being group 2 as I was boarding after people in group 4.
Their computers were down upon arrival to the airport. They were unable to figure out how to board us. We were delayed over an hour and a half.
Flight was changed last min. Had a screaming infant a row in front of me and a parent who did nothing to calm the child.
