All 4 flights were late. Plus delays for cleaning planes . On return baggage was not even on the plane arrived next day not received until two days later . Very poor experience.

Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat
The connection at Frankfurt was chaotic and nearly missed the flight to Atlanta. They made was wait for busses to transfer and it took ages
Second time I took this flight, and they lost my luggage both times. Waiting for my suitcase now, last time it took two days to get it back.
It was freezing in the airplane. Everyone was wearing everything they had with them. The crew acknowledged it was cold, but did nothing about it
It never happened. The flight was canceled because of ground crew strikes in Germany.

Like: On-time performance Dislikes: Old aircraft with faded paint (A330), no WiFi availability, dismal food (dinner was a very poor selection, while "breakfast" was a joke!)
Good crew and good flight but could have run on time They were waiting to collect people from connections
Very bad, never get this flight again and crew was worst and are rude especially one bald guy was not helpful and there was an other German guy who was bit helpful. Lufthansa owners should look into this matter seriously and food was not good as well
