The crew was attentive but not intrusive, and was always kind in every interaction.

Austrian was not the issue. Kayak was terrible The flight was canceled. Frustrating but it can happen. The worst was Kayak's customer support around re-booking. I have chatted with a bot, than with a person who insisted the flight was still on as originally booked. while chatting i went on Austrian web page and told the kayak chat lady that the flight is shown as cancelled. She said she will escalate this and that someone will contact me within the hour. When I have asked her to give me the details of the flight she sees, She gave me the general A to B and return B to A. Totally unhelpful. After two hours I contacted them again, They were still saying the original flight is as scheduled and when I explained again I was told I will be contacted within 2-6 hours. NO ONE CONTACTED ME EVER SINCE! I have than contacted Austrian directly and was rebooked on a difficult flight. Kayak continued to send me irrelevant updates about my original flight. Terrible customer service at time of need.

Management and staff att viena wasn’t professional,and they are not good by how to communicate and solve the problem, I was shocked , as I know Austrian airlines was amusing Thank you

The baggage arrived damaged and i spent EUR 300 on the baggage a month ago. No responsibility from airline or the handles.

Tight connection from Austrian Airlines made this challenging. Our luggage did not make it, delivered the next day at noon. Flight itself was very full, not especially comfortable.

Premium Economy is good value in comparison to Business Class. Not all the perks of Business but a lot of leg room and wider seat and elbow room. Food was very good. I even asked for a Gruner Veltliner wine which was not on the trolley and the attendant went into Business/First to get me a glass. Nice little touch. I would like to have a wider selection of music -- more 70's-80's (guess how old I am).

There were a number of passengers scheduled to transfer to the flight from Vienna to Warsaw. None of them made it because the crew failed to assist them in getting to the gate for the Warsaw bound flight in time. It could have been done very easily with proper assistance.

Overall pleasant flight . The lunch was exceptional! Delicious chicken curry with perfect rice and amazing chocolate (Sacher torte) for desert. I have not eaten such a good airplane meal in a very, very long time.

Flight attendants were awful, very rude and inconsiderate for mothers with small infants traveling.

We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen

No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport

Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.

No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable

I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.

Boarding process non existent. No WiFi. No entertainment. Cramped old plane. Worst Kosher meal ever presented on a flight.

My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.

Luftansa customer support on the phone were terrible. The flight itself was good. The crew were good.

The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.

Could not understand any announcements of the flight crew whatsoever. Their English is very bad. My bag is still lost. It was not loaded promptly and the plane was delayed so much that I almost missed my connection. I would not fly Dolomiti again!

Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.

All 4 flights were late. Plus delays for cleaning planes . On return baggage was not even on the plane arrived next day not received until two days later . Very poor experience.

It would have been better if the flight hadn't been an hour late, causing us to miss our connection. Even without the delay, Lufthansa do not allow adequate time for passport control and getting yourself to the departure gate.

Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat

Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.
