My son and I are 193 cm tall. We had reserved and paid for seats with extra leg room towards the front of the cabin. The day of the flight, we learned that Iberia had changed aircraft. We were assigned regular seats way back in the cabin. When we landed from our first leg we spoke with agents at the gate and we were told that they couldn’t improve our seats because the flight was full.

I could change to business before flight and everything was perfect except for entertainment which was none.
Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated
My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.
Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.
flight delayed, no information given until late on, Ryanair app said "on time" until 5 minutes before expected departure time, crew rushed us to board, when it was already 3 hours late
Speakers were blaring. It's like being in a Moroccan market and you keep getting shouted at with what's for sale
Everything went according to plan. Check in, boarding etc all were very efficient.
very delayed boarding; the crew started the service extremely late and everything felt like they didn't want to be there and do their jobs; the pilot changed her mind about landing :))))))))) and we spent 10 more minutes circling around the airport before landing, eventually!!! lack of communication = lack of professionalism. she could have said 'ladies and gentlemen, due to us having taken off very late, we have lost our landing permissions and we'll have to wait some more', but she chose to shut up. big mistake that reflects poorly on the airline and herself.

I hate Ryanair and have decided never to fly with them again, they treat you like animals on the way to slaughter and they never take responsibility for their errors and lousy service.
A normal Ryanair flight = too many announcements to sale something, hard landing. Otherwise, good value for money
