The Love House, built in 1850 by John and Remember A. Love, is a non-smoking Bed and Breakfast located in historical Abingdon, Virginia. It is close to the world renowned Barter Theatre; The William King Arts Center, a regional art gallery; The Virginia Creeper Trail, a 34 mile scenic hiking, biking and horse riding trail; and many historic buildings and quaint shops. The house was renovated in 1995 by Hazel Ramos-Cano and Richard Cano, the current owners and Innkeepers. The renovation brought the house up to modern standards, at the same time retained the original charm of hardwood floors, maple banisters, six fireplaces, oversize doors, and hand-blown glass windows. There are three guest bedrooms on the second floor each with a private bath with Jacuzzi-style tub and shower head, a queen size bed and fireplace with gas logs. On the first floor there is one guest room with a king size bed, oversize Jacuzzi-style tub and a stand up shower. The house is centrally air-conditioned and heated.
