Extremely comfortable and well appointed. Everything clean and working right. Super helpful and friendly multi-lingual staff. Free coffee and snacks in the lobby. Laundry conveniently located off the lobby and includes the washing soap. Pros (+) Very well located, close to the city center and all the shopping and restaurants. Has its own parking lot so you don't have to worry about not having any place to park. The hotel staff was nice enough to help us make a few calls for restaurant reservations. The room is quite sizable for Europe's standards.
Cons (-) The room was okay clean and average, don't expect too much. There's only one elevator and so it's super slow and it smells bad.
