insurance issueCons:kayak sold the insurance separatly when alamo does not recognize your insurance . they kept me there for long time when I had to rush to my flight. they charged me 1000 eueo for small scratch . they embarassed me becasuse kayak insurance is not valid when I needed .Reviewed 21 Sept 2018
