We had a reservation for a car. When we arrived at the pickup counter we were told there were no cars available. Even though we had a reservation, it didn't matter, they didn't have a car for us. We ended up spening the next several hours trying to find a car from another agency. I will never rent from Alamo/Enterprise in Girona again.Reviewed 28 Apr 2024
