Total mess from the beginning. Front desk gave me keys to an occupied room and it took four trips back to the desk to actually get a working key.... more on MYTravelGuide

Rooms were typical size for standard hotel, but was very clean and nicely decorated. Kids loved the pool and spa. Breakfast was wonderful each day... more on MYTravelGuide
