Kenny welcoming on arrival. Breakfast attendant, John, helpful, personable. Manager, Vanessa, hands on and supportive of staff. Breakfast selections could have been more varied.

Pros (+) Room was clean that is the only positive.
Cons (-) I was double charged, I got in touch with the staff and they didn’t seem empathetic at all. They seemed to be uninterested in helping. I am still waiting for my other charge to be dropped
