Pros:We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but when we were there everything was nice. The staff was friendly, the room was typical for a Hampton, and the food was good.
Cons:The outside of the hotel looks kind of shabby, but the inside makes up for that.

Pros:Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was good (waffles with berries or chocolate chips as an option, eggs, bacon/sausage, oatmeal with berries or brown sugar as an option, Danishes, bagels, toast, mixed seasonal fruit, yogurt, multiple cereals...the list goes on and on. The desk staff was very attentive and always smiling. It was an awesome time overall!!!
Cons:The only thing that bothered us upon arrival was that the pool was closed for maintenance because of the ph levels. The lady at the front desk told us that the hotel across the road was letting us use theirs. We were disappointed about having to share a pool with 2 hotels' worth of guests, but it was WONDERFUL!!! We even had it to ourselves for a while and only shared with one other family the rest of the time. The pool at our hotel was back up and running before breakfast the next morning. We really appreciated the lady at the front desk going out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay!!! It was awesome!!!
Pros:Friendly and helpful staff. People at desk did what they could to answer all questions and give directions. Hotel is clean and in a good location for our trip to see Nashville
Cons:Original reservation was lost. Reserved two king rooms, only one was available. Other couple received a double room on first night. That room had a clogged bathtub. They got the king room the following day. Not a good start but ended ok. They were comped the first night for the inconvenience
Pros:We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I just wanted to take a small trip to Nashville. This hotel was nice bc it was only about 20min away from the city and not a bad price for 3 nights. (Around $330) The staff was very friendly and our room was always clean when we returned. The breakfast is better than any hotel breakfast I have previously had. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is pretty basic but if that is what you are looking for it is the perfect place to stay. We have no complaints and when we travel we typically try to stay at a Hampton Inn bc they are pretty consistent.

Cons:I asked the front desk to call me a cab to pick me up at 6. They did and the person came on time and when I walked out to get in I told the woman hello and she rudely said hold on and walked right past me into the lobby to go talk to the front desk person. She came back out and seemed annoyed that it was just me needing the car. (I also noticed right away that she didn't have any sort of taxi light or information in her car which makes me think this was just a friend of the front desk guy). I told her where I wanted to go and she seemed annoyed that I wasn't going to the popular Nashville strip and told me it would be $35. I then told her I only had a card and she tried refusing service saying that she didn't have her card reader with her. I told her I only had a card and she tried saying she would take me to an ATM. I said no and she looked back and said "so what are we going to do?" I replied I was going to have to call another cab company and she magically remembered that there was another way to take a card and we finally got on our way. What should've been a 20 minute drive turned into 45 minutes with someone calling her phone off the hook so she kept missing turns from the GPS and took me through the shadiest part of Nashville. When we finally reached the address she pointed to a building and said that was where I needed to go. I paid her and she left and I noticed the number on the building was incorrect. I pulled out my phone and looked up where the place was and she had dropped me off 1.4 miles away from my destination! As a female traveling alone for work in an unfamiliar city I was scared and uncomfortable and couldn't call the cab place back because the hotel had called them for me and I didn't know the number. When my husband called the hotel to explain what had happened they were completely unsympathetic and said I needed to just call the cab company and complain to them. This place is in the middle of nowhere and the staff do not care about putting you in dangerous situations.

Cons:The pillows way too soft stayed at other hamptoms had a variety of pillows on each bed
