Cons (-) Upon our arrival, we were sent to a room that was already occupied. We walked right in on a family that was sleeping. Had it been reversed, if I were the one sleeping, someone would've been shot. After finally getting an unoccupied room, it had a water leak, and after moving again, the TV worked sporadically.
