I hated it, the service clerk was very rude and told me that even though I made a reservation all the rooms were booked.
Horrible customer service, I will never return to this hotel!!
Rooms now show wear and lack of upkeep. Scratches on desk and furniture. Peeling paint over tub, from prior leak above.
The room was huge.
The room was very dark. The bed was dirty - there were blood stains on the left bottom base! Scary. The bathroom was so dark, as was the majority of the apartment. There were no menus for room service, and their computer service was down, so I had to call twice to have them bring me a menu. Walls are thin; at 5am, I heard loud pounding noise above me. Wasn't sure if it was music or something else, but it was disturbing.I only stayed here because the W was fully booked. Otherwise, would not choose to stay here.
The staff was friendly, the room was huge with full amenities, and the bathroom was spacious. I very much so enjoyed my stay.
A minor thing: the room had some walls/ceiling that were unfinished, which may or may not have been part of the decor.
