Overall, it was a fine experience chosen mostly for its exceptionally close proximity to Hartsfield Jackson Airport. In this regard, it was absolutely fantastic as it was an 8 minute commute from the hotel to the domestic south terminal, making getting to the airport on time quick and rather stress free. Pros (+) The new room was clean and comfortable. They were quick to bring the extra towel we needed. I also liked the ask us button on the phone. The customer service was excellent! The employees were all very friendly and helpful!!
Cons (-) We were first given a room that was not clean. The room we were given was over the pool, but we were hearing screams at 8:00 Am from the pool people. The rooms need to be more sound proof when they are over the pool.
