Very nice hotel but had a room next to elevator and maid closet, so had to listen to every elevator trip, and the hotel staff getting in the closet... more on Travelocity

When checking in, they of course gave away the room we had prepaid for and we got stuck with a smaller room.They said they "may" be able to change us ... more on Travelocity
