The room was clean.
People smoking in our hall. I booked and had a non smoking room. The room itself was fine but the hall and the casino smelled disgusting. Ceaser's does the smoking\nonsmoking split much better.Overpriced for what you get. Go to Ceasars for a better experience and location.
tobacco smokeFine for what it is and where it is
Excellent customer service
NoExcellent service very friendly staff and room was very nice I love this hotel!
This hotel had everything you could want. Entertainment, great food and great amenities.
The B bar was very smokey and I had to leave.I would definetely stay here again. Looking forward to my next stay.
The huge shower and the comfy bed
The shower leaked a ton of water while showering and the FD said they probably have to replace the seal in the shower, but that did not take away that I was standing in a pool of water.Besides the issue with the shower the hotel was great! Casino was a little lacking but that is a whole new story.
Clean and nicely decorated
Just a little out of the way when compared to to other hotelsHad a good experience and plan to return in the future.
Jim Gaffigan show and Bobby Flay steakhouse
Horrible experience getting the the room because I booked it through Priceline. They accused me of using someone else's credit card and couldn't process my card because I have an ' in my last name. Would never book this way again. Never had this issue.Front desk sucked.
Convience of moving abound the Hotel and the Fine Dining.
Slight smell of smoke in the hallway on the 17th floor. Our experience was favorable from check in to the express checkout. Did not have to wait in long lines. Very happy with the room for the price we paid. Would return to the same hotel upon re-visiting AC.
The public spaces, the room and pool areas were well kept. The show was Excellent.
The casino area smelled of smoke which is a turnoff. The checkout area was not manned correctly, it took almost 20 minutes to check out. They should watch demand and adjust. There were other employees at the desk feeding the computers vs helping guests. The hotel was pretty well run. The areas were clean and seemed to be well maintained. All said it is NOT NEARLY as good as las vegas but the costs are more per hotel night.
The restaurants and gaming.
I believe your advertisements for the hotel advise there is an outdoor pool, and much to my dismay, there was not. It didn't ruin the weekend by any means, but I do enjoy an outdoor pool.
