Overall, the Casulo is a decent hotel. The shower is EXCELLENT - it has 2 shower heads that can be alternated or used together. Great for showering... more on Travelocity

Good

New hotel with some nice amenities. Stayed for 4 nights during SXSW and overall had a positive experience. Initially they had "lost" or forgotten one of our reservations which gave us a bit of a scar

Horrible

Service here is HORRIBLE. Missed wakeup calls, completely botched a group deal we tried with them. Owner doesn't understand the word 'hospitality'. Stay downtown or at the Omni instead.
