Cons (-) First full day, housekeeping staff turned off the heat and left sliding glass door open. Room was in the 50s when we returned. We were too tired too desire a change to another room, so simply dealt with it. Next morning, breakfast room ran out of coffee. That was reported to desk at least 3 times. No replenishment of breakfast foods.
