This hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite and when you needed something they were prompt. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Thank you we really enjoyed the stay.

Price.

There was a live band playing in a club across the street. Very loudly, until midnight.

This is a motel and shouldn't be in the same star rating system as hotels. Didn't even have an iron.

It was close to a lot of attractions like museums and monuments. It was also close to restaurants and bars.

Our room smelled super weird. It was in the lowest level and it just smelled bad. Not like smoke, just bad. Like mold and b.o.

Even though it smelled bad the room seemed very clean. We only stayed for one night and it was in a great location.

Great location in a lovely, historic neighborhood.

Honestly, I didn't expect much, but the bathroom wasn't completely finished (detached tiles, incomplete trim), the water pressure was non-existent, and the hot water wasn't exactly hot.

Great location with excellent public transit. The management is sincere and well-intentioned, but a bit inept. For example, I left for the day and came back late in the afternoon, and found that my room had not been cleaned. I mentioned this to the manager, who told me that most guest tell them not to touch the rooms, and that I should have told them I wanted service. I countered that the standard practice is the opposite, and they both apologized and promised to take care of it while I was out to dinner. When I came back later that evening, the room was made up, and the towels had all been replaced. On the positive side, the room was quirky but pleasant. It was decorated just as in the pictures, with a fair...

The location was one mile from the inner harbor.

Water leaked from the ceiling, the power surged and sparked after plugging in a hotel provided fan, the room did not look clean with debris in the window, the room was very hot because it was on the third floor and was a part of a single central heating..

For the reasons listed above, we left the hotel at around 9pm the day we checked in. We were not interested in spending the night in what was a very unsafe hotel. This experience ruined our trip. This hotel should no longer be listed on Priceline. This hotel is a blemish to Baltimore and Priceline alike.

Good value, well located. Has character and charm.

I mean it's kind of falling apart but it's cheap, so I didn't expect much better.

Was probably a nice place to stay in the 1880s when it was opened. For a recent college grad, this place was perfect. It was cheap and well located, the room was large and clean and the staff was helpful.

The owners were amazingly friendly and accomodating to our needs, our arrival schedule and our dietary preferances. They were hospitable, but also very understanding of privacy and personal space. Beautiful house and very spacious rooms!

The neighborhood is a little sketchy (right on the edge of Druid Hill), but I still felt very safe here.

Don't let the neighborhood discourage you. Great price for what you get. Breakfast was delicious as well. Fresh fruit, waffles... tasty tasty! I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful old Victorian house, owners are very friendly and helpful, free breakfast was homemade and delicious. Location was a bit difficult to get too, but within a short car ride to the Inner Harbour. Cozy little B&B.

I have nothing bad to say.

This is a B&B, not a hotel. So it was quiet and relaxing. This is an old home remodeled by the home owner, so things aren't perfect. But in an old home with 130 years of life, it was very nicely done. All in all a great experience.

It has a very old feel to it, with small antique like detais. The front desk staff was exceptional.

This was our first visit to Baltimore, so just be aware there is no parking. NONE. You will have no choice but to pay for valet parking which will be 29.00 a day plus tax and a tip for the valet. Plan to pay 22.00 a day for parking if you visit the harbor

Just remember to stay close to where you plan to visit, so you can walk. If fly in and take a taxi then that would be best. At one point we waited over 45 mins to pick up our care and we weren't the only ones. Several people were there and stuck without their vehicle because the valets were even having trouble with parking. I would suggest you stay away from the downtown area if you can. We stayed one night over in Glen Burnie next to the airport and it was much better.

Great Breakfast, helpful staff. Room had everything we needed.

The biggest complaint could be that the rooms were older, but they were still very nice and quaint. When room service cleaned our room, they forgot to leave new towels, but we were quickly and easily given more at the front desk.

It was a great location--near to the FREE charm city circulator--great breakfast, excellent staff and service. The Wifi was spotty, but the business center was open and available. Great experience. EXCELLENT price. Would definitely stay again--highly recommended!

Everything was very convenient.

It is located on a very busy street so there is not a lot of 'drop off' room so we had to park in a parking garage and take all of our stuff with us from there.

This Hotel has a lot of older finishes and the structure is 'historic'. It was a very nice hotel to stay in.

The Cleanliness of the hotel was excellent they offered free breakfast?

I booked a double room but got a queen room the staff did not offer to change the room without charging me because of a mistake the site made.

The Hotel overall was very clean and up to standards but was in a very bad area of Baltimore the hotel could have been in a better part of the city. Overall the hotel was Fine?

Rooms come with microwave and fridge which can be helpful.

Parking at $15 a night was expensive add-on to the hotel room.

Decent walking distance to Inner Harbor and they provide a shuttle if desired. Breakfast has a decent amount of options, including cereal, yogurt, and a pancake station.

The Ac was really cold

The location was far walk from the activities. Especially with a small child. It wasn't in the best area. I felt very uneasy walking to and from the hotel.

This hotel was not a 3 1/2 hotel. I stayed at a 4 star hotel the night before and that was great. The area was very 'hoodish' for lack of a better word. It was an old building, the walls were very thin. My sleep was disturbed several times during the night from noise coming from the room next door. The room was grimy and in need of repairs. Holes in the drywall and very bad patch work on the walls. I would rate this hotel 2 1/2 stars at best

We were checked out after one night of a two night stay by an Embassy Suites employee. This caused our room to not be cleaned. To make matters worse, they checked in and gave another party a key to our room and deactivated our keys.

A dated hotel that tried but failed to make up for its short comings with customer service. Seemed to care more about the wedding that was going on the day we checked in then making sure we were taken care of.
