Pros (+) Good size apartment with balcony.good location.good local cafes and supermarket.bike hire over road.metro and bus handy.I appreciated bottle of bubbles and card waiting for us when we arrived for my wifes birthday.
Cons (-) Washing machine hard to work out without english instructions.
