Rooms are dated but clean, beds are noisy metal bases and floors are quite thin so noise can be heard from above/below. Breakfast is included but a very poor offering, hot food is listed as available until 08:30 but when we entered the only hot item offered was poor quality mini-waffles that are made for you. The other hot options were covered up and unavailable.

Cons (-) Awful hotel. All electric to air conditioner & refrigerator had been turned off to save money. The room was blistering hot & the air conditioner didn’t work. I checked out after an hour; I couldn’t stay there.

Pros (+) Room was clean
Cons (-) Ice machine wasn’t working. Temps in the 100s and no ice? Telephone didn’t work. Security lock was broken. Water wasn’t even warm. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Pros (+) Friendliness of staff, freshly made cookies when we checked in, breakfast bar includes extras like almond butter and a freshly made waffle, and bananas with poetry quotes written on each one! We could tell this hotel is run by a family who add their own personal touch.
