Cons (-) I was not impressed by attitude I got over the phone. The staff didn't take the time to actually listen to what I was asking, and responded with whatever they wanted. Then, when we arrived, they said they would call us to let us know when we could check in, however, they did not. So we showed up and took a chance they we could finally check in. And I got charged the extra 25 dollars for no reason....

Pros (+) My room was clean and comfortable. There is a great buffet breakfast served every morning. The room includes bottled water. The staff is excellent Especially Darma the buffet server. She made sure everyone had plenty to eat. You also get free parking.
