Hotel was in a great location to trains, activities, restaurants and Museum Island. Museum Island is about a 15 min walk / 4 min train ride which provides access to several museums worth visiting. We had a room facing the river and would definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) Location absolutely perfect, modern hip-vibe, excellent breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, very clean and comfortable. I thought the value was quite good for what we paid and what we got.
Cons (-) Street noise from Friedrichstrasse--if your windows are open (which we like). Wish the room service had provided new coffee capsules each day for the in-room coffee maker. A pool would have been nice but it wasn't necessary.

Pros (+) The room was thoughtfully designed and high quality. The air conditioning worked.
Cons (-) The free internet connection was slow, as is the norm these days. I would have liked to make a cup of tea or coffee in my room.
