Poor shuttle service, ok room...

Had to wait over 45 minutes for a shuttle to arrive despite pre arranging for shuttle pickup and being assured a shuttle would be there. After arriving at airport, had to call 2x and wait 45 minutes

We use to stay at this Sleep Inn. NO longer! At our last stay, we turned down the sheets to a soiled bed. Human feces on the sheets.....never washed or changed! The manager was fantastic...changing

The staff was extreamly friendly and knowledgable, the general manager was very professional yet personal.It was a wonderful experience.... more on Travelocity
