Pros (+) The room was fine and the bed was good.
Cons (-) The doors and walls are rather thin, so it was rather loud: people closing doors, walking on the floor above, some neighbor watching TV at 3:30 am -- all waking me up several times during the night. And I am not even mentioning the construction site nearby. The window was very dirty and the chair started to fall apart.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, clean room. Great value.
Cons (-) Smoke smell of room (I was in non-smoking room). Noisy neighbors. Had to ask them to turn TV down at 4am because they were blasting it.
