Pros:Location is good easy to get there parking available
Cons:The bed was uncomfortable and the shower head was very bad, u cant turn urself inside the shower its so small very uncomfortable i wouldnt book again

Cons:Everybody considering booking here should be fully aware of the blatant disregard for health and safety and ignorance of guest's complaints that this abysmal excuse for a hotel has as standard. I will recount what happened on Saturday morning and the response of the hotel: My friend went to the bathroom to take a shower ahead of an event we were attending as a group. As he went to open the glass shower door (a sliding door) the door exploded. I can think of no other description. Glass showered the bathroom and caused, thankfully, superficial injuries to my friends feet and hands. I reported it to reception and they sent somebody to sweep up the glass! Not even an apology was forthcoming. They did change the room for us! Upon my return I emailed them pointing out my concerns that somebody could be killed - a child perhaps. They ignored my emails. So I called them and asked to speak to the manager. I made it absolutely clear to them that I would involve Birmingham City Council's Environmental Health people if they didn't get back to me. Three times I called, three times I was promised that the manager would call me back. No call was received. I have now submitted my concerns to BCC. No apology, no assurances, nothing. Absolutely unbelievable. Be careful!

Cons:The bathroom had mold over the ceiling. The walls were dirty. The furniture was battered and scuffed. If you only want a bed its ok and cheap.
