Pros (+) Staff were polite and helpful, overall. Breakfast was great, with good selection of food.
Cons (-) Small things that could have helped-towels were new, which meant taking stickers off, and dealing with lots of lint. Maybe launder once first? Also, the toilet appeared to be partially clogged. I asked for a plunger, and one was given, but no offer for further service was made. Other than those small things, it was great.
