We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable 5-day stay there. The owner, Grace, was an excellent hostess. She was very helpful and patient to all our numerous queries at during the booking. Their ever-friendly staffs are great, very observant and attentive to suit your personal needs.
The resort is about 2 hours away from the Ferry Pier, but the village sights, sculptural hills and coastal drive makes it very pleasant. They’re quite exclusive with just 10 rooms, so it’s really nice and private.
Interesting local-european styled architecture and deco, very cozy and welcoming. The restaurant has a wide menu of local, asian and western, so we were spoilt for choice… everything we tried was delicious. Dine in comfort with views of the pool and sea just beyond. They also have a decent bar, for the drinkers. The pool is lovely, with an infinity edge overlooking the ocean, and comfy deck chairs too. The beach is merely a stone’s throw away, with powdery white sand and clear water. I would imagine excellent snorkeling around the house reef area, but too bad the weather during those days we were there were quite windy, so we got lots of seaweed blown in. There are also several good dive sites around Anda beach area, so dive trips are also an option.
I’d say it’s a great place to just chill out and distress from chaos, rejuvenate your weary soul with walks along the beach, watching sunsets, and star gazing… day tours and scuba diving trips can also be arranged if required. I'm already missing the place as I type this!
