Pros (+) The hotel is just north of the station so it is in a very quiet neighborhood but then easy walking distance to the center. The breakfast and air-conditioning were both amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and the taxi to the airport (which they reserved and arrived very quickly) was only 18 euro.
