Cons (-) Copley House actually runs 4 separate apartment buildings in Boston's South End. We selected them for their Newton St. location but they sent us three blocks the wrong way on a side street. In the -10F days we were there that was miserable. But the worst was that the heating in the room could not keep up with the outside temperature.
