Pros (+) The room was clean. The screened porch was nice.
Cons (-) We were in a back room. We were sandwiched in between the post office loading zone & a parking lot. Don’t reserve this property if you are going for the beach! There were no views of anything out of the only two Windows in the room. Finally, there was no elevator. Be prepared to haul everything up two or three floors.

Pros (+) The room was nice & clean.
Cons (-) We have a view of the parking lot & the post office loading zone. It’s quite a disappointment when expecting to see or be near a beach. The rooms are dark with only two windows, one in the living room & one in the bathroom. For privacy, with the parking lot, etc, we have to keep them closed.
