Experience is as a 1 out of 10 only reason I give it a 1 was for customer service the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful but the facility it self was horrible I stayed for a week barley could shower bc the tub was horrible looking and there was so many ROACHES in the hotel as soon as the lights go out and you cut them back on you see so many ROACHES scatter like rats I was extremely disa...

Cons (-) I was told that a rollout bed would be provided per request and then upon arrival I was told by the woman at the front desk that she “doesn’t know anything about roll out beds or where to get them from”. There were roaches in both me and my friends rooms who booked here as well.
