During Christmas, over charged me and customer service is so bad, cant get a resolution. Mediocre in all aspects. Staff are completely incompetent and lie.

Older hotel but kept up pretty well.Nice size room, clean.Needed some minor repairs to bottom of bathroom doors and baseboard, almost like it got wet ... more on Travelocity
