everything is meeting with my expectation.
Friendly staff, clean room.
Hidden elevator to get to room, slow elevator, confusing layout, all the drawers in the room rolled open and wouldn't stay shut (seriously, all 7 of them). Even. the bathroom door would roll open if not locked.
I have stayed here two times and was very happy each time. The first time I was the only person there and the staff let me keep my rental car under the covered area by the door. Saved me time in the morning to not have to deal with the ice and snow. Thank you for that!!!!! I should also mention the raspberry cheesecake is awsome. My second visit I was able to snowboard the shuttle will take you around and the runs pretty much all connect and is very easy to get around. The drive down the mountain is a bit nerve racking when there is ice make sure your rental is a 4wd. I rented a suv in St. George figured it would be 4wd but no such luck. Just FYI. O ya and the owners of Georges ski shop are very nice. They have a good selection of merchandise if you forget to pack something and I got my board waxed and filed in like 10 minutes or less.
We spent a couple of nights at the Grand Lodge at Brian Head, just before Christmas. It was excellent : nice staff, nice and clean room. In addition, the bar serves really good food, especially the burgers and the ribs. Pizzas are disappointing as they claim to be 'gourmet pizza' but are unfortunately not well baked. Only disappointment during an overall perfect stay.
Loved the staff, loved the room. The cheesecake is wonderfull to :) About to book another stay in Dec. to go snowboarding.
