Cannington Centre for Land-based Studies is a well-known educational establishment that also offers facilities for the general visitor too. These include a 9 hole /18 tee golf course, cycle hire facilities and Cannington Heritage Gardens- attractive walled gardens with a glass house. Grapes are successfully grown to produce award-winning wines at Oatley Vineyard in Cannington.The River Parrett Trail passes close by as it approaches Bridgwater Bay on its final stages.
