Standard Rooms are on either the 3rd or 4th floor, (sorry, no lift...), with a small en suite shower cubicle and shared WC on the landing whilst Superior Rooms have fully en suite facilities and are situated no higher than the 2nd floor. All front rooms have views across the garden square to the sea and all Grand Rooms enjoy high ceilings and chandeliers, two with direct access to a private balcony with views of the West Pier and beyond.
