The villa is a renovated building from the past, It is all fenced in and very safe for kids and family. We are now building a new swimming pool. There is 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 people, or up to 8 max. There is another studio attached with 1 bedroom and living room with a kitchenette, it sleeps 2 or 4 max. In total the villa and the studio having 4 BR and 3 BA, can sleep up to 12 people max. There is a lovely garden with figs, almonds and pears ready to be picked. The barbecue is standing outside in front of the villa and the long Veranda patio where 20 people can dine and party in total privacy. The Studio: This room is really a studio attached to the villa with 1 bedroom and living room with a kitchenette, it sleeps 2 people very comfortably or 4 max.
