The vehicle and pick up were good. Shuttle service was very efficient to the port. However, a $9.99 port access fee was added to the bill. This was not parking the price that was booked originally.Reviewed 17 Mar 2024

Pick up was a nightmare. Took over 90 minutes to line up and get a car. Took the Budget shuttle from the cruise port. It identified only as Budget and the driver didn't advise that there are 2 locations. Of course I was at the wrong location. Paid an additional fee so I could get a car after the longest wait. The guy behind the counter wanted me to buy the toll pass for $13 per day. Said there was no option of paying if I didn't have exact change and it would cost me $10 to $15 to get to Orlando from Port Canaveral, it cost me no more than $10 and each toll had a person that was there to give change. The toll from Disney to the airport $2.75. It would have cost an additional $70 had we bought the "toll plan" as recommended. If I spent $15, it would surprise me. Drop off was a breeze. Pros:Staff at pickup and drop-off was friendly and efficient. Shuttle service to pick up was good and the driver was courteous.Cons:The car was not clean. Seats were stained and it looked like the vehicle was not vacuumed properly after the last rental.Reviewed 31 Dec 2019

Pros:The quickness to the response of exchanging the car after the one they originally rented me had a malfunction and the upgrade to a large vehicle.Cons:the mysterious $9.99 Portside charge that was not outlined anywhere. I had made a call to budget to confirm any additional charges prior and was not made aware of that. When I arrived at the budget office they told me I will be charged an extra $9.99 which makes no sense as it appears be assigned arbitrarily to non local customers.Reviewed 19 Nov 2019
