The car was great, I think that the staff could do a lot better the inspection of the vehicles. I didn’t notice that the tires on the car were chipping off on the outside walls. I could have been in really bad accident if that particular tire had exploded on the highway.Reviewed 28 May 2024

We were unable to pick up our rental as it was not actually available through Budget. The link between Kayak and Budget is not ideal as there is lack of awareness or ownership on either side related to actual vehicle availability.Reviewed 28 May 2024

I was expecting a Ford Edge, recieved a Ford Explorer. While upgrades are nice, the difference in gas milage was significant. We drove from St Louis to Yellowstone National Park and back. Also the car was not ready at our scheduled time so we had to wait for the car to be cleaned, about 20 min. While not Budgets fault, I did not like the dail shift control or the information screen in the explorer. The drop-off was quick easy and hassle free, but we were not given a receipt. As an experienced traveler, I knew that the receipt would be e-mailed to me, but my wife was upset that I could not tell her how much the car rental had cost at drop off.Reviewed 27 May 2024

Easy pick up and drop off. Surprised the vehicle did not have a car wash before we got it, but not a big deal. Also not sure it had even been gone through because there was some small garbage on the floor in back seat area. First time in mini van and was surprised how nice the ride was.Reviewed 27 May 2024

Waited 2 hours in line to get my car at pick-up. Didn’t have the car we reserved so they gave us an electric F-150. They gave us no instructions or info about charging stations or apps to use to find charging stations ( I don’t drive an electric car normaly). Spent 5 hours of our last day of vacation trying to find charging stations since ford trucks can’t run off of Tesla charging stations without an adapter that budget did not provide.Reviewed 27 May 2024
