The Sheboygan location has great customer service. There was an issue with the tire pressure and when it was not easily resolved I was given a different vehicle in a very timely manner. Also very easy return in Milwaukee.Reviewed 18 Oct 2022

Sheboygan BudgetPros:The check in process was very quick.Cons:Even though check in was quick, it didn't feel very thorough. The worker didn't do a wall around of the vehicle to inspect it before we left the lot. We were a little concerned about it because there were a couple small mark on the car. Not a bug deal to us, but we didn't want to be charged for it later. When we got in the car we could tell it hadn't been cleaned. There was bits of sand on the backseat, a bag of dog treats in the compartment, and some kind of white substance caked on the driver's floorboard. The car also had a slight sour smell to it.Reviewed 17 Apr 2016
