The Lobby Bar offers a full bar and appetizers. L'Orangerie del Hotel offers a full menu guests can order 24-hour room service from. The Alvear Roof Bar is located on the 11th floor and offers a stunning view of the city.

The Alvear Palace Hotel has an indoor heated pool with a pool bar, a spa and fitness center which feature body and face treatments, sauna, steam bath, and vitality pool, and a business center with fully equipped meeting rooms.
