Pros (+) Loved the atrium, staff very friendly, great city views, very centrally located. Maybe not the most luxe but excellent for the price.
Cons (-) Have to be let into bathroom in lobby, droning "Danby" brand fridge with no off switch. Even though it's the heart of downtown there seemed to be no one on the street.

Pros (+) The staff was able to provide first aide supplies immediately upon request.
Cons (-) Pool was filthy cigarette butts in filter and my son's finger was severely cut while in the pool by a piece of sharp plastic discarded into the pool. Staff did not offer or provide any apology or compensation (even a snack would have been appreciated by a child in pain).

Pros (+) The bed was soooo comfortable. Was in town for a concert and after walking back to the hotel it was so awesome to just be able to crash in that bed, turn the tv on and fall right to sleep. Lotta great bars in the area for food. Wanna watch the bills game go to Bada Bing. Good food, cute waitresses, 1 block away, get there early it gets crazy. Anchor bar is very close also, worth the trip.
Cons (-) Pay $20 per night for self parking across the street.
