Pros (+) The meals and attentions are spectacular.
Cons (-) The air conditioning is automated in the rooms. So it cannot be modified by the guest at your own pleasure. In addition, once closed the dinner restaurants, the only thing there is for food is a Deli where the only thing they serve is sandwich. They should include more variety, such as pizza, hamburgers, etc.
