First, it was nice that an entire floor was non-smoking. The air was much more fresh on our floor (Third) than the first. Our room was a two queen mini-suite with 2 TV's, sitting area and kitchenette. Their diner offered a couple great breakfast specials - $1.99 bacon and eggs and $3.99 steak and eggs. The casino was nice and not over crowded - I only lost about $15 at the single-deck 21 table. The bowling alley was a nice way to spend a couple hours with the kids. Overall, my wife and I were really impressed with the hotel and the quality/value of the room, and I believe this will be our first choice when we return to visit my grandparents the next time.
I have mixed feelings about this resort. The food is much better now than before, the staff in the casino are so very very nice. But the staff in the hotel and bowling center are rude and not freindly. The room are not worth the price at all they are ugly and worn down but are always clean with the exception of the carpets from time to time. The gaming is tight but very fun there. I like it now that they have improved the food and have more for kids. I frequent this resort allot and always go back.
