This Welk facility seems a bit tired, needing a major refreshing. In Building #3 where we stayed, the elevator was out of service. There were luggage carts near by, but no information on what to do with them if one needed to get to an upper floor. Cons (-) Charges was made on my credit card after I check out. I have ask the front desk to make sure all charges is apply so I can pay in full. Because I made a payment on my credit card account then I realized there’s an extra $56 charged after I checked out
