Decent vehicle. However, very disappointed that I had to pay for a cab ride from the airport to their location which cost $42. I wish Kayak would have been specific that this was not the airport location. I didn't think it would have been an issue because their motto is, We will pick you up?Cons:

Pros:
Staff on the phone was awesome however when Picking up the car the person who assisted was not. Drop off was horrible just do to location.Cons:
More information on what it means to prepay would be helpful. You cannot make any changes once you prepay and this was not clearly stated anywhere.2.0 Poor

Nothing. They allowed me to make a reservation and then called to say they didn't have one and couldn't help me in any way.Cons:
I made my reservation at 8:00 am for a noon pickup after my car broke down while visiting Florida. On my way to pick up the rental, I got a phone call from Hertz saying that they didn't have a car available for me. When I asked the Hertz employee for what my next step should be to find a car, she said she couldn't help me and I should just search with other companies. Thankfully, Enterprise came through for me and they will be the first company I search with in the future!2.0 Poor

Nothing. The staff told me I had one option, a Kia Soul when I had rented a Mid-Sized Sedan 6 weks ago. I was told take it or leave it, that I had prepaid and I would be responsible no matter what. I'd call it pretty close to having a gun put to your head. This was a miserable experience.Cons:

Drop off was easy and gave us a ride to to our terminal.Cons:
I was told that the car I rented was not available, which I understand. Offered another one and was told my party size and the bags we had would all fit. Once we got to the car, we realized that was clearly not the case. When I asked someone there, we were offered the original car we booked.2.0 Poor

Pros:
I appreciated that when I picked the car up, they photographed all the scratches and dents that I spotted and emailed them to me. I was cutting it close on time during my drop off and Mario offered to drop me and my son of at the gate (apparently quite a distance). Thanks for making things easier!Avis

I typed MCO into the search box. They gave me an off site address that I assumed would have a shuttle to it, it did not. Had to take an Uber to the rental place, and met someone else who was dealing with the same exact problem there.6.0 Okay
