Pros (+) The room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons (-) The thermostat broke and it took half a day for someone to come to repair it. The wi-fi was unreliable and unusable for much of one day.

Pros (+) Front desk staff very professional and customer oriented. Great job!
Cons (-) Room was described as having a bed with adjustable firmness dial. The room did not have this, but instead had the most uncomfortable mattress that killed my back. Front desk staff compensated with a free breakfast for two and gift cards for Texas Road House and Starbucks. Now they should just fix the advertisement or the beds.
