The lazy river was dirty, as was the hot tub. If you chose the self parking option, it was a long walk. I didn't like being charged a resort fee and a parking fee in addition to the high cost of the resort. It wasn't that great of a resort for the price.

Its a pretty hotel. The Bathrooms are nicely finished. Its close to DownTown Disney.

The hotel claims to be a Spa Resort. However it is currently still undergoing rennovation. There is no Spa. The Restaurants are not open yet. It is basically just an expensive hotel room with no other amenities.. In order to compensate for the other amenities not being available, the hotel offered Free Buffet Breakfast, which would have been a nice touch, if the waiter wasnt contantly shaking his head, and grumbling under his breath "free breakfast" immediately followed by a sigh and head shake, constantly, he did this constantly. Although the hotel will be pleasant enough when finished, I will never stay here again because of that waiter. He made the poor young family we shared a table with (yes you have to share a table, its a few round tables in what is supposed to be a ballroom, looks more like a conference room) so upset they left mid breakfast. The hotel also had coffee and tea in the reception (again would have been a nice touch), but the person who seemed to be attending the area made me feel so uncomfortable I actually left without coffee, he wouldn't move out of the way so I could get to the cups, and was just dusting sugar onto the floor and on me (sighing, whats with the staff and the sighing), there was no trash can for the sugar packets and stirrers so the area was messy with discarded wrappers, which seemed to be upsetting him, but not enough that he went off to find something for guests to put these items in. The staff (apart from check in clerk who eventually checked us in) are in need of customer service training asap. No one ever looked up from their jobs to acknowledge us, no-one welcomed us to the hotel. The rooms are pleasant, although we booked the best room available, which was supposed to have nice views.... I dont personally consider the I-4 a nice view. So if you are going to book do not upgrade your room, the front desk clerk said rooms are on an availability basis, irrespective of what you book. The rooms also lack storage, its kind of open cubes, which is not really user friendly, there is one small wardrobe, so probably ok for business traveler. The A/C is set at 65 and would not turn down the fan was blasting all night, it was very noisy. I think the hotel was trying to fix that problem, but were having trouble, I heard other guests complaining and a front desk person (who never once looked up to say hello or acknowledge I was waiting to check in) yelling down a walkie talkie for maintenance, and engineering. Oh, the tile is very very slippery after the rain, I look a tumble coming in from the pool area, the hotel is going to need to address this asap. I think my husband summed it up best, the hotel is beautiful and clearly designed by an architect/designer who has spent too many years in school and not enought years in the real world. Overall I would stay at the Buena Vista Palace and Spa at DownTown Disney (until thiis hotel actually finishes its rennovation and their spa and restaurants are open), they are much closer to Disney Village Marketplace, and rooms are cheaper. Oh yes, one more thing, they waived the Resort fee of $21... because the amenities were not open, but there is an additional $15 self parking fee in addition to resort fee, I dont recall reading about anywhere on Kayak.

Spacious and clean- friendly and helpful staff - reasonable transportation to the Disney Parks - great coffee service in the lobby!

The air conditioning fan in the room could not be turned off and it was excessively loud, There was no mirror in the bathroom which made it hard to style hair and put on make-up. The shower head was perhaps a massaging shower head? At any rate it sputtered and turned completely off in cycles during your shower- would prefer a straight forward steady shower. Front desk seemed understaffed- although they were friendly- it was a wait checking in and out.

Location to the parks and places to eat.

Left our room for the pool at 11:00am and returned at 5:00 and our room had not been cleaned. Had to use the same towels from the night before to dry with when we showered for dinner. Found out that they only change the sheets on day 3.

The pools, jacuzzi, slide, water fall, and rooms are marvelous. No one closing off pool at night a kicking out guest was nice. Felt like nice relaxed get away day through out night.

I did not like how room service, nor to place orders or almost no extensions where answered when we needed something. Also not enough parking. It is ridiculous how we had to walk across half the entire hotel parking to get to our building 6000.

Awful!! Worst hotel I've ever stayed at!!

There is not enough words to describe how dirty the room was. My kids were crying and wanted to leave. We left after only an hour and went to a different hotel. I have pictures of blood splatter on the door frame that leads into the bathroom!!

The location and the ease with checking in and out.

The hotel could have been a little cleaner; maybe new carpets and fixtures. The fixtures they had were mismatched or missing pieces.

The breakfast was good, beds were comfy. I'd stay again, but for less money.

Convenient location

This hotel had too many extra fees including parking, breakfast, resort fees. You would think after paying so much for the room that at least some of these should be free.

Although there were extra fees to pretty much everything, we enjoyed the stay here.

Close to Disney. Indoor pool area was very nice.

The room was clean but had several areas that needed to be addressed or repaired. The door handle/lock apparatus was loose, there was stray paint on pictures, mirrors, etc. The wall next to the window was bubbled up, rusty, and gross looking.

Not bad for what it was - a place to sleep after a long day at the parks. Can't complain about the price - just an older hotel that could use a good remodel/ update job. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool was open 24 hours

Dirty hotel. Housekeeping was terrible. Toilets didn't flush, there was no cold water Somebody pooped in the pool (that had no clean towels) Terrible hotel. Never again!!!

Thoroughly disappointing stay..This hotel should not even be an option to choose from. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again!!! I wish that I would have chosen the Orbit one Vacation Villas, Hilton, or Westgate Vacation Villas instead. This hotel reminds me of the commercial on TV where the man says that what defined the trip for his wife was: 'having to dry off with the shower curtain'... Sounds about right... :/

It was located near food places. The cleaning crew was amazing. They were the best thing about the Park Inn by Radisson hotel. They managed to organize every bit of shoes, brush accessories and ect. it really help with our stay.

I liked NOTHING about this hotel. A group of friends and me drove all the way from Texas. It took us 14 plus hours. Before we left Texas, I called the front desk and confirmed, our room, our beds and noted to them that we would be arriving around 4am in the morning the next day. I thought everything was set. We get to the hotel around 6:00am, I walk to the front desk and there's a guy there. He was a heavyset white Caucasian guy with glasses. This man was SO RUDE! Can you imagine being exhausted from a 14 hour ride and having to argue with someone? That is the worst feeling while on vacation. He told me that I missed my check in time and that I’m lucky there were spots available. I could not believe what I was hearing at that moment. No one has time to argue after sitting in a car for 14 hours. I kindly told him that I called and spoke to the lady who was there during the day (apparently there's more than one, but I spoke to the same lady three times). Finally he checked for my name and checked me in. My friend and I get to our room (which is in another building) and our keys do not work! The last thing I wanted to do was deal with the nasty rude man. We had to drive all the way back to the main building to get our new cards. God knows I did not want to deal with the angry man. He told me how to swipe the card and I told him that was what I did. AS much as I wanted to say “trust me this is NOT my first time at a hotel and I’m glad I’ve had better experiences” I didn’t (because I was tired). I'm sure their machine was the cause on why my key didn’t work, because he swiped it a few times the first time. We stayed there for 3 nights. On our last two nights, we came home and realized our toilet wasn't working. No one gave us a notice or anything. We tried to call and our room phone wasn't working. My friend also mentioned that our water wasn't hot. It was unbelievable!!!! My friend manages a building and she told me, the Park Inn did not keep up with their maintenance, the pipes were rusty (we saw this first hand) and it could have been prevented if the maintained it properly. We ended up calling from our cell phones and complaining. They told us the water pipes busted and that they were taking care of the issue, which was never resolved. Why couldn’t they leave signs on the doors of the guest to inform them about the building problem? It’s obvious that communications a BIG issue with the Park Inn. The next morning everything started working again. But on our last day of check out, the toilet stopped working again!!! I couldn't believe it. Not to mention the lobby was full of water the entire time we were there and they didn't have cautions signs placed on the floor. Water was everywhere. They had plastic drapes hanging from the celling to cover what was going on, on the other side (as if it weren’t obvious enough). The place was filthy over all. We had a tentative schedule, so we didn’t have time to get our money back for our stay and swit

This hotel is an amazing value for Orlando. The room and resort is nothing fancy but if you're on a buget and looking for something pretty close to the parks, this is the go to place. I only stay here now when I"m coming in very late to Disney and don't want to drop $300 to stay for a few hours but if you're a young couple on a budget, it's hard to beat this place. Typically under $30/nt.

The resort could use a remodel and housekeeping needs to do a better job. Appliances are getting a little beaten up.
