Gavaladon is the ideal house for couples that enjoy their privacy. It is situated on a side street away from the hustle and bustle of Chania's tourism, but the Venetian Harbour itself is only a one minute walk away on foot, and the main Chania Minaret is found only seconds from your door at the other end of the street. The ground floor comprises a sitting area and dining area, along with a small but comprehensive kitchen with fridge, 2 ring hob, sink & modern electrical appliances. The fully fitted modern bathroom with shower is also located downstairs. Access to the first floor is via a traditional wooden staircase and the bedroom itself is also decorated in a traditional manner with wooden flooring & ceiling, furnished with traditional hand made Cretan furniture. There is access to the first floor balcony through the two Venetian style windows and the pretty little balcony is large enough to sit on and relax with a drink after a day of sightseeing.
