In Abilene, I walked out to the car after signing to find a larger than normal door ding. Had to walk all the way back in to question attendant who walked back out to check it out and the made a hand written note on the contract that no one else could read. Luckily no problem in Dallas. Can't the computer be inputted with info like this and the customer be informed at the desk?Budget

I booked a rental car on Kayak with Enterprise but there were no cars available upon my arrival. When I asked to make sure that i was not charged, the Enterprise representative was unable to confirm one way or the other as whether i was charged. I tried calling Kayak but they were closed.Cons:

I came to pick up the car after paying online and having everything setup. I could not get the car because I dont have a credit card and the guy wouldn't take my debit card, eventhough all he needed it for was a $200 hold.
